How to return a product to us

At Flo's Uniform Store our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee per item unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. For exchanges, a 25% restocking fee per item will apply if item is not carried at the store location. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. Nothing can be returned or exchanged without payment and receipt.

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

There are two ways to return an item:

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label (Note: All exchanges are charged a 25% restocking fee unless item is carried at store location).
